Amy has been working in various aspects of the interior design industry for over 20 years. After earning an A.S. in Interior Design at Seminole State College in 1998, she launched her career as a kitchen designer for a national luxury home improvement retailer. She then moved on to new home construction as a design consultant and in 2007 partnered in a full-service residential interior design business focusing on kitchen and bath design as well as model home merchandising. Though she was raised in Seminole County, she eventually relocated to Miami- where managing the interiors department at a design/build firm rounded out her knowledge of all aspects of residential building and remodeling.
Having returned home to Longwood, Amy joins S&W as a Project Designer. She brings a strong foundation of knowledge, design vision, and experience along with a true desire to listen to her clients’ needs to exceed both functional and aesthetic design goals on each project. Amy loves space planning challenges and the simple beauty that can be found in minimalist selections with proper lighting. Amy is an Allied Member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and completes many hours of continuing education annually to stay current on design trends, materials and methods.
Amy enjoys spending time with family, cooking and entertaining at home, travel, and card or board games of all types.
