Whole House Renovations

Sometimes it makes sense to remodel the whole house at one time! This is the best way to handle a remodel if you have just purchased the house or have somewhere else to live while the remodel is under construction. Even if you live in the home while it is remodeled, you can get a lot done at one time and save a bit on the cost.

For example, if you want to make sure the home has a cohesive look, you might want to make the flooring the same throughout the rooms; buying a larger amount at one time can save you money and ensure the color and lot are consistent. Sometimes the color of a tile or a wood stain changes subtly from lot to lot.

Also, kitchens and bath remodels often require plumbing to be moved. While one bath might take a few hours, several baths and a kitchen would allow the same plumber to get the job done with less travel time and expense. The same with other trades, like electricians and carpenters.

While you save money doing it all at once, it does take a big budget to cover everything. We have financing available that allows you to pay over time, or to get started and find other financing.

We take pride in being a turn-key provider, meaning we will:

  • Design your project
  • Provide or help specify all of the materials, including:
  • Cabinetry
  • Countertops
  • Appliances
  • Tiles and backsplashes
  • Flooring material
  • Lighting fixtures
  • Sinks and faucets
  • Manage the entire installation
