Everything about S & W's work was "above and beyond."

Dan spent allot of time working with us on the design, and more designs, and more designs until we got it right. it was worth the effort. We are very pleased with the way the kitchen turned out. it's very functional; and it looks good, and it has allot of special touches that make a big difference it's allot nicer than if we had gone to a low-end or big box store and just took what they recommended.

Your installers and the touch-up people you sent were all execellent. They went out of there way to do the right thing, rather then just the fastest or easiest thing. When we ran into a couple of issues because of the ceiling isn't exactly flat, Javier and Enrique pulled out one cabinet that they had aqlready installed and reinstalled it lower, to make it look good.

And - based on what we've Heard about some other design companies - we were frankly concerned about being nickeled-and-dimed over every little change and request. But, S & W has bent over backwards to make sure we are happy, and we have not once heard "that will cost you extra."

The Preliminaries were first-rate, the people have been first-rate, and the outcome is first-rate.

I wanted to take a moment to say what a pleasure it was to work with you and the S & W team to make our new kitchen a reality! It looks fantastic!

As a little background, before deciding to work with S & W we met with a number of other companies including Home Depot, Lowes, and the Cabinet Factory. We assessed how each company met our basic selection criteria which included things like:

• Kitchen Design
• Service & Expertise
• Organizational reliability, stability and credibility
• Price

We found that renovating our kitchen was an interative process needing to spend time exploring the various options on layout, wood, cabinet style, countertop material, etc. It was interesting to see that nearly every organization came up with the same basic layout given our kitchen room dimensions. What impressed us about S & W was that Krista came up with the basic layout but also had the expertise to present us with a couple of other options we hadn't considered. She made herself highly available for us to consult, even though she was in the middle of planning her wedding, and we really felt like she took a great deal of ownership in making sure we were happy with the whole process and the ultimate finished product. She even called Southeast Steel to make sure she had the correct specifications for our new appliances! The finishing touches she recommended transformed the kitchen from modest to remarkable.

We also wanted to recognize the installation staff. We've worked with contractors before who always seem to be late and whose work doesn't quite meet our standard. The S & W team was exactly the opposite, showing up on time (or early) and doing a phenomenal job positioning every cabinet perfectly and making the crown molding look custom built – perfect corners! The people who came to install the granite countertop marveled at how level the cabinets were. They told us the S & W craftsmen were among the few who routinely make this happen.

Just a couple of other notes, first, we checked out the Better Business Bureau to look for complaints waged against each company and found that S & W fared much better than the others. I would recommend anyone looking to renovate their kitchen check out the BBB website. Lastly, in terms of price, we felt S & W provided a nicer product at the same price as the others but offered way better service and expertise.

In closing, renovating our kitchen turned out to be one of the best experiences we've had with any work around the house. Krista and the S & W team are professionals who really care about the quality of their work and we would without reservation recommend them to anyone looking to redo their kitchen.

• • You have gone above & beyond in helping us to design our kitchen. From the first phone call I made to S & W you were helpful and accommodating. I can't believe you met with us at least (4) times before we even signed a contract with you. Most companies charge a fee to come up with an initial plan. You invested many hours in meeting with us and drawing up a great kitchen! You came through with everything you promised. Because of you, we didn't even get other estimates from other companies, we trusted your vision! We have a limited space, but you've really made the best of it without trying to break our budget. You have given us helpful suggestions, and have been flexible with the changes we've made. We appreciate your expertise. You are an asset to S & W.
• • Jennifer Schmidt with Saw-Tech has been incredible to work with! She has made us feel like her #1 priority, and I'm sure she's got many clients and bigger projects. She, too, was very responsive on the phone and met with us at least (3) times before we signed our contract. In person she was honest in helping us choose the right colors, and didn't push us toward the most expensive granite. She wanted us to pick the right one to match our cabinets and existing tile. She personally met us three times at the granite slab yards to make sure we made the right choice. On top of that, she's offered to help me with selecting a sink. Jennifer has researched prices and provided us with discounts that she didn't have to do. It's been a pleasure working with her, and we've already referred a friend to her for their countertops. Because of her, we didn't even meet with other granite companies. She understands what customer service is. I hope she is at the top of your vendor list!
• Bryan Wagner came out a week ago to give us a quote on demo & quite a bit of electric work. While he was here, he referred us to a wholesale tile store that he works with that should be able to match our existing tile. Again, before we even signed a contract, he was helping us. We are making a few revisions in our estimate, but we should finalize with him soon. We are looking forward to working with him, as we have heard great things about him from (3) different people.

Mr. Cummings, we are very pleased with our decision to go with S & W Kitchens. The decision to get rid of our white laminate cabinets and knock down a few walls was an easy one.......Dan and Jennifer have made the process of getting our dream kitchen just as easy. Coming from a home building and plumbing background, when I fina lly decided to do this proj ect I knew what the process was. I knew I was going to be with out a kitchen for several weeks, I also knew all the ups and downs that goes along with any remodeling project. I contacted my general contractor Larry Edwards, who enclos ed my carport several years ago. I was very impressed with his work and I wanted his advice on this kitchen remodel. Larry told me about Phil Sales, whom he has worked with over the past several years. Larry set up the appointment with Phil and they came out to my home and took all the measurements. I meet with Phil a few days later and he had several different layouts for my kitche n. Phil also made several great suggestions of were to place the appliances for maximum space in my kitchen. His knowledge of all the cabinets, hardware and countertops was so helpful. After several meetings I made my selections and everything was ordered.

It was also a real pleasure working with the installer Tommy. When the cabinets arrived Tommy installed them with great care. You don't find this much in today's work place.

There were a few small things that needed to be adjusted and Phil has already taken care of them. Perhaps on the final walk-through you couldcame with Phil and see for yourself what a great kitchen I now have.

May I say once again it was a real pleasure working with Larry, Phil, and Tommy on this project.

My new S & W Kitchen is complete and I would like to take this opportunity to write you about my experience.

This was my first major remodel in my 14 year old home. While I was apprehensive about the expense I was more worried about my own lack of knowledge about design and function. My fear was that I would spend a lot of money on a kitchen that, when complete, I would not love or on a design that did not meet my needs for more and better space.

Thank God for Krista Hergenhanl She is truly a design professional who listens to her clients and makes thoughtful and creative recommendations. She spent enough time with me and was patient as we worked through a couple of options for layout and cabinet selection. I know that the cost of my project was by no means ahuge project for Krista but she always treated me like I was her most important client.

As you know, there are many options out there for kitchen design services, product and installation. Because of the service I was given by Krista, I will whole heartedly recommend her and S & W Kitchens to family, friends and strangers.

I would also like to acknowledge the installer, Dale, who is a master at his craft. He was prompt, professional and did an excellent job.

We just wanted to let you knowhow happy we are with the newentertainment unit you installed for us. It's exactly likethe drawing concept you showed us before anything began. Working with you was so easy. You listened to whatwe needed and made everything come together better than what we could have imagined.

Dan Sanders and his partner were quickandclean doing the demolition of the existing entertainment wall. ! didn't need to go behind them to sweep or vacuum. We've have other renovations done to this house (by another company) andthat had never happened before. I always needed to clean up after the workers left. The prep they did for the cabinetmaker was thorough.

I can't sayenough aboutthe capability andcraftsmanship of your installer Dale Craven. There were some glitches in howthe drawers were put together at the factory, and hefigured out how to fix them without having to send them back, saving a few weeks time. He is the mostprecise cabinetmaker I have everworked with. Everything fit beautifully. He even made a few suggestions for the finish pieces that enhanced the wholewall. Dale is a jewel.

Best of all, wegot to meetyou. You were always cheerful, even when I had a dozen questions. I never felt likeyou were pressuring meto choose any particular cabinetry, style,or hardware. You always worked out a good time for installation that made it easy on us. All of the contractors you work with were great, from the cabinet delivery man, to the demo people, to the cabinetmaker. All good people.

If (or when) we re-do the kitchen, you can be sure wewill be calling S & W Kitchens. (And! hope it's soon.)

Thank you to your team for providing us with outstanding service. design and installation of cabinetry for our media center and entrance hallway. Phil Sales listened to what we wanted and added great input into 3D drawings which made it very easy for us to see what the final product was going to look like. Delivery was on time and Phil kept us informed throughout the process.

Our installer. Dale. was on time. professional and most importantly had an exceptional eye for detail. We had a tricky installation with some awkward chases that Dale made completely disappear. Our walls were not true but you would never know looking at the tinished product. custom cuts were made to make the problem go away . It looks perfect!

My only complaint is that the media cabinet looked so good that I had to purchase a new flat screen TV, oh well.
